– more than just talk;

compassionate dialog and a chance to grow.

May there be kindness in your eye when you look within.

John O'Donohue

I am a licensed medical doctor with over twenty years of practice experience. I began my career as an internist and later completed a second residency in psychiatry. By then I had spent years studying how the body works and more years studying how the mind works. What was missing was the link between them. I went on to learn the Hakomi method and the Internal Family Systems approach both of which bring the body experience into the therapy conversation. In addition to these therapeutic trainings I have also been influenced by my training in aikido, a martial art that emphasizes grounding and energy flow.
